Starting ipc's for UK

I was playing the game this afternoon with my son.  I noticed that their was a discrepancy in starting ipc’s for the UK.  The UK box that gives you the setup also gives you the starting ipc amount.  Which says 16 ipc’s.  I double checked the board and here is the list of territories.  India 3, Burma 1, Shan state 1, Malaya 3, Bornea 4, and Kwangtung 3.  The last I checked that adds upto 15 not 16.  Glad to know the chimps can add! :-o

Well….I feel very sheepish right now :-)  And of course they put a value on BRITISH Columbia. :lol:  Sorry for the stupid post.  I forgot about that whole talk about canada even though it was to be controlled by the UK.

You know what threw me off was the Canadian maple leaf.  I only counted up the British bulls eye’s.  Oops.

Just kidding, it took me awhile to figure out why on earth the US started with 17, forgot that they still controlled phil lol.  Was just about to post a topic on it too when i figured it out, even had it typed out!
