I don’t see how the Allies can liberate DC because as I said, if Germany does it, that means it has to destroy Home Fleet to get to DC which means that without US having income, Canada cannot produce enough to counter a full invasion on DC and Germany at this point will have more income than UK with a navy and army to counter.
Well now I see your point if Germany reaches Washington I think the allies should just surrender at that point cause if they keep going the axis will have extra money to get the economy token if playing with grasshoppers tokens.Or with stock rules the axis control Berlin Rome Warsaw Paris Tokyo Shanghai Manila Hong Kong possibilitie London Cairo and Washington and maybe Ottawa

I’m really not sure what to do. A big battle has gone very, very bad for Japan.

Note that both sides used edit mode to do stuff they forgot or to reposition units.
Rest assured that all changes were legal moves.

I’ve taken a look at this and well, crap. It seems like that naval battle didn’t go very well for you. Without a fleet or even an airforce for that matter, your best bet is to just protect the homeland as much as possible with infantry as well as putting an IC on Kwangtung and pumping out as many units into mainland China as well as kicking the Americans out of Korea. Other then that, I really don’t know what else to say in regards to only Japan. I’m glad to see that Russia has made it easy on the Axis by turtling up on Moscow, lol.

@superbattleshipyamato you could also start using the low luck variant in the future, so that you can no more lose the game to dice ;-)
-
That idea is extremely awesome! Makes battles much more calculated. Didn’t understand low luck until now. Of course, in war there is always a semblance of luck but in some cases I don’t need to be accurate.

How do you have 84 German infantry units and not a single one has reached Rostov or Bryansk by turn 5? Is there a reason that they are all taking siestas away from the front? Is there a reason you have that many infantry
This is a good example why J1 DoW is so much superior to waiting until J4.

Germany waited until the Soviets declared war. Declaring war first would definitely sink Soviet morale.

Hard to give advice when the Axis is so passive. You can’t win the game while the Allies have such a high income advantage. Moscow should fall around G7 if Germany was aggressive. Alternatively, they should be in the Middle East at that time and threatening Egypt.
-
Never mind, the Axis won anyway. Italy fought the Allies to a standstill around Western Europe and the Allies didn’t invade Rome as they did not have the escort forces to fight through a scramble by Italy. Additionally Japan fought well on mainland Asia.
-
I don’t know man, sure they had lots of China and Russia but Southern Asia was looking pretty darn intact. Also, how did Japan even end up invading all that? Did the Russians pull their infantry back?
-
The British did a stupid move where they sent their ground forces west to fight Germany in the Middle East instead of protecting India.
-
no need for strategy if the other player will just let you win the game.

I play against myself.
