Everything is done up to the first Allied participation in the game (scramble decisions). First come first serve–I’d rather test a theory this way than outlining it on a message board.
Just to be clear, you’re signing up for a game of Alpha 3 as the allies, and you even have the advantage of seeing the preliminary results of G1 before you accept.
