Can a SB do it’s normal attack and drop airborne at the same time?

While not explicitely stated in the rules, Airborne Assault is a special kind of combat move (9.15), so you have to choose what your Strategic Bomber will do.

It could also Strategic Bomb (9.16) or Carpet Bomb (9.17), but it cannot do more that one type of combate during the same turn.

On a logistical side, if you fill the airplane with paratroopers, you will not have room for bombs and vice-versa.
