1-I need some clarification on the convoy disruption rule
Ex: A Ger submarine on the coast of New Brunswick and Quebec (sz 106) When does the damage is done? during the ger turn or the uk oneÉ Because if its uk it leaves them time to kill the sub and makes convoy raiding too risky

2-About the USA NOs. They require that ths USA be at war. USA usely gets into the war at their collect income phase on turn 3? So my question is do they get the +20 IPC bonus at the collect income phase of round 3 or 4?
3-Just to be sure if Ger declare war to usa on round 1, usa gets the +20 IPC on their collect income of round 1?

Why is there 2 Union Jack Roundels with the europe game and none with pacific?
Cant figure out what they are for

Are the NOs the same?

And I dont have the game yet so could osmeone take a picture of his board on turn 1 (like Djensen does when he reviews a game)

And does anyone knows if 94Canuck charts and game aids are compatible with 1940.2 since they were made for alpha 3.9?

Also they miscounted the value of the territories on the map (germany should be 41 and uk 31) it’s kinda lame

Me two I had only revised and 2nd ed was my first upgrade. I like the bigger map and the new sculpt and the new unit cruisers

For the pieces it is a great deal for 25$
but i prefer revised then 1942

what the hell is the brits mech inf??? I already saw brens in museum and I can tell  you this is not one

We only saw about 1/3 of the game and people are already complaining.
I hope they don t mess up like the 1941 15 ipc instead of 17    and 42 2nd edition 30 and 40 instead 31 and 41 ipc.

On the back of the box French look like they still have the T-34
