Question for those who have many G40 games under their belt. Are Cruisers purchased often? Are they worth spending money on? Do they need to be upgraded?
In my experience, which is not enough, nobody purchases them, or not very often! I think they are a great addition to the game, but maybe they should be made a little better!

@ryandascienti i am very curious about your custom tactical combat system and how it works. I myself is working on a tactical hit combat for G40. I believe a more realistic combat would improve this game, like having tank vs tank, fighter vs fighter or battleship vs battleship instead of always taking out the least expensive unit. Can you share?

@contango thanks Contango! I like the option of another warship! Guess will have to House rule it!
I was thinking of a combined arms option, like when attacking with a battleship, the battleship attacks at a die roll of 5! I also like the 2 hit to sink it option! Maybe a combination of both!
