Yes, there will be a severe shortage of nurses in the near future (5-10 years from now), due to the inability to replaces retiring nurses with qualified ones (large part due to low wages compared to long startup time). This problem is also relative to the number of qualified pharmacists in America in the near future (again, graduate courses will have to be shortened, leading to the possibility of more mistakes [often fatal in the pharmaceutical industry]). Then there’s the largest drop off in all – the number of qualified teachers. In the near future (10-15 years from now), the number of qualified K-12 teaches might have a drop off of 2/3’s from the existing demands (especially in California and the Greater Los Angeles area). Hmmm… market regulation?

I just don’t want to get an argumentation about weapon Xi, it’s even harder than with god, there is so much contradiction… you can look at a state that was better with gun, but the whole country still get lots of crimes… also there is a distinction between crime and murder (France get lots of crimes, but far less death)… so it’s very complicated, and obviously not my domain, i hate to get an argumentation when every single fact is in contradiction with the other. I just think having gun will kill more people (even if, IF, it reduce crimes)… There are numbers to support my belief, as there is number to support yours, i do not want to get in very hard interpretation… Like, exept for theological argument, i don’t enter in ideological argumentation, certainly not about economy.

Regarding the world’s problems -
We’ve got over 210 countries in the world with a wide variety of laws.If we try different methods we might find one that works. My vote is for multiple experiments and I’d say the world shows itself to be in agreement(communism, socialism, republics, democratic republics, dictatorships, and monarchies to name a few examples).

Regarding the short term problems -
Let’s see. Europe has been settled(about what? 100,000 years +)and becoming civilized for 3,000 years. I think Europe should take the lead in solving the world’s problems. We’re waiting! :)

You referred to cch or chlorated carbohydrates. I believe that’s what the US folks refer to as cfc or chloroflourocarbons. Other than that, I leave the scientific twisting to someone else. :wink:
