I am hosting the Axis & Allies events at NashCon in Franklin, TN just south of Nashville on May 22-24.

NashCon is held at the Cool Springs Marriott Convention Center in Franklin, TN.

Our group will focus on casual Axis & Allies board games: 1942, Global, Classic, and 1914. We will also hold a 1942 tournament.

This is our first year at NashCon. We plan to expand our tournament offerings in the future.

We have special pricing for admittance to NashCon for Nashville Axis & Allies Meetup Members of $15 for the weekend. All fees will be used to support tournament and raffle prizes.  Please RSVP at the link above.

Ok, looks like it will most likely be the weekend of 10/26. That’s Fri, 10/26 through Sun, 10/28. My buddy and I from So Cal will definitely be coming. There may be another friend of ours from So Cal coming as well. Plus, possibly another friend of ours from N. Cal. Our friend from N. Cal is a long shot. So, most likely three of us. Then, we have another two good possibilities(never met in person but corresponding through A&A.org) from S. Cal that will be coming as well. So, that’s 4 or 5 most likely confirmed.

Hey guys and gals.  The Dice Turret will be setting up shop at Origins.  There will be TONS of Axis and Allies play.  Both board game and Mini’s.  We will be giving away prizes for some the games going on.  We will be giving away or new COMBAT PACK.  What does it include?

Well here’s the result.

After 16 turn.
It’s a draw!
USSR repulsed all the Axis attack.
England/France lost his colonies and India but keep the control of the atlantic ocean. 
Japanese keep control of the pacific ocean and shut down China. 
USA fails to conquer Europe and Japan.               
Germany contol the major part of Europe but cannot go far.
The most surprising story is the strong opposition of Italy.

We were in front of the whale and the elephant situation.

There’s a problem with the Axis power.
No victory since march 2007!
Japan player is the individual winner of the game.

Next game is schedule for february/march 2009.
