Go to forumini.wikidot.com/axis-allies-miniatures they have all the cards there.  It’s not searchable by set only country but it does tell you which set they are from.

Just be aware they are optional, and not what I’d call generally accepted.  Bit as long as you know who you are playing against and they are cool with it then you are fine.

Agreed, this needs to be fixed.

There are a few Poland scenarios under way right now in the “Play By Forum / Play Miniarues” section. I think MOT is partial to Polish early war scenarios.

how about a stick at the top of this forum that allows us to start cataloging summaries of all the rule disputes and resolutions we get, for ease of perusal.

for example
