In this scenario Germany is the only Axis country that share its border with only one Allied Power, which is Russia. Using most of its builds for land and air forces, can its navy hold off British Empire and Italy(before they can send help via transports).
Also even if GE. takes Moscow would it be just a trade off, in order to get back those African colonies, which will probably be lost.
Germany versus Russia, British Empire, &, Italy.
Round One: Russia builds a sub., fighter, &, 4 troopers. The Russians need to beef up their navy, in order to deter any Axis sea landings. Much less assist the Western Allies fleet when they try their landings in Germany/land reinforcements in Russia. Moves all available land units into Poland, reinforces coastal provinces to deter Axis landings(and keep an eye out for Allied transports).
GE. builds 2 subs., transport, fighter, gun, 3 troopers. Moves forces to borders to build up strength, for massive attack on Poland. Leaves a few troops & a gun on coastal provinces, in case the Allies ever make a landing.
Two subs. attack Canadian C & transport off Canada, all lost both sides. Another 2 subs. attack Brit. fleet in home water(no mine damage), versus, BB & 2C & transport(both subs. lost & BB damaged & C lost). Finally BB & 2C attack Russian fleet in home waters(no mine damage), versus, Russian fleet of BB & a submarine. Losses damaged BB & C, and, all Russian.
British Empire builds fighter, transport, BB, &, submarine. Moves, with no mine lost, damaged BB & C, into GE. home waters(lost of C & GE. loss 2 subs.). From Egypt C & transport with trooper & gun to home islands. Trooper from Rhodesia, joins trooper & gun in S. Africa(for future invasion of GE. S.W. Africa). Also GE. East Africa defending trooper destroyed from BB shelling, and, landed trooper takes over colony(all from India).
Italy builds 2 transports. Her land forces will have to be transported to Russia, right now Italy needs also surface ships to help protect the transports(subs. & fighters & tanks when needed).
Italian BB & C & transport(trooper & gun) sail for Brit. home waters. Let the Brits. Indian fleet reduce the GE. colonies, if the Allies win, at least a colony will go to Italy.
Round Two:Russia does the same as in round one, uses Belarusa as a gun park for 5 guns.
GE. builds navy units more for defense, 3 subs., fighter, gun, 3 troopers, and, sends damaged BB back to port & still massing units on Polish border.
Brits. builds 3 transports, fighter, &, gun. Moves damaged BB to port, and, a C arrives. From S. Africa 2 troopers & gun attack GE. W. Africa, 2 troopers & gun, versus GE. trooper & gun. Losses GE. gun. Sea landing of trooper & BB shelling destroys remaining GE. trooper. GE. S.W. Africa falls!
Italy builds a sub. & transport, moves BB & transport off Wales, C joins Brit. fleet, 2 transports leave for British Home Islands.
Round Three: Russia builds sub., gun, &, 5 troopers. Moves more forces into Poland.
GE. must attack this turn, a west wind(westlicher wind) to hit Poland. Builds 2 subs., fighter, gun, &, 5 troopers. Reinforces Kiel with more units, for pending Allied landings. Has 2 remaining troopers in Africa hunker down in Togoland, abandoning Nigeria & Gold Coast colonies.
Combat Land & air forces, invade Poland. Air duel one GE. fighter lost & two Russian fighters lost. Two fighters, 11 guns, &, 53 troopers, versus, Russian 5 guns & 36 troopers. Losses Axis 22 troopers & Allies 31 troopers. Poland is contested!
At sea 2 subs.(one lost to mines) joins a C already off Poland, versus, Russian 2 subs(losses another Axis sub., &, all Allies). Also transport with trooper & gun lost to mines(they were to be landed in Poland, as other sea coast provinces, were too heavily defended).
Brits. have got to deliver, Russia defense did not go well this turn, if the Western Allies do not send relief, the game could be over in round four. Builds 2 planes, transport, gun, &, 3 troopers. Moves BB & transport to Gold Coast, BB shelling takes out a defender trooper, lands trooper & gun versus GE. trooper, losses Allied gun. Brit. fleet attacks GE. fleet off Kiel, 2 fighter, 2 BB, 1 C, 1 sub.(damage to BB due to mines), versus, GE. BB & 3 submarines. Losses Allies damaged BB & 2 fighters, &, all Axis. All 5 transport(no mine damage) land 5 guns & 5 troopers versus GE. 2 guns & 7 troopers. Losses 4 troopers each side, Kiel is contested.
Italy builds aircraft, transport, gun, moves fleet off London, &, transport(no mine damage) lands in Kiel trooper & gun. Also two more transports & sub. head for Brit. home islands.
Round Four: Russia has a choice go on the offensive, or, try to just defend itself, either way it cannot survive another lost, like last turn.
Builds fighter & 6 troopers, moves reinforcements to Poland(not have to worry about Axis sea landing)
GE. builds sub., tank, &, 7 troopers. Moves C to Berlin, reinforces Prussia & Kiel. Combat Kiel, 2 fighters, 3 guns, &, 8 troopers versus Brit. 5 guns & 2 troopers(one each Italian). Losses GE. 4 troopers & all Allies, Kiel retaken!
In Poland fighter, 18 guns, 31 troopers, versus, Russian 6 guns & 9 troopers.

Britain builds fighter, transport, gun, 5 troopers. Moves 5 transports to land again in Kiel, one is destroyed by mines(lose 2 troopers). BB shells and destroys GE. trooper & return fire from guns destroy 2 Brit. troopers. In air duel 2 fighters from London destroy at no cost 2 GE. fighters. Land combat 2 fighters, 4 troopers, 2 guns, versus, GE. 3 guns & 3 troopers. Losses Allies 3 troopers & all Axis, Kiel is retaken!
Off Berlin a sub. is lost to mines, BB & C versus GE. C, losses BB damaged & GE. C lost. Allies control the seas!
Brit. transport arrives off Togoland, BB shelling takes out a GE. trooper. Togoland falls!
Italy builds fighter & transport. Moves fleet off Kiel, &, 2 transport drops off 2 troopers & 2 guns. Another transport leaves Kiel for Canada, and meets up with submarine, &, another 2 transport leaves Italy(with 2 troopers & 2 guns) for the British islands. From East Africa a trooper arrives at Libya.
Round Five: Russia builds 7 troopers, moves to reinforce Belarus, Uk., &, Livonia.
Germany builds sub., fighter, tank, &, 6 troopers. Moves into Belarusa, Poland is garrison to deter any Allied sea landings. Air duel each side losses a fighter.
Battle 18 guns, 23 troopers, versus, Russian 5 guns, & 10 troopers. Losses Axis 8 troopers & all Allies.
Western Front Berlin garrison moves into Kiel, 7 troopers & tank, versus, 2 guns, 6 troopers, &, 2 fighters(2 troopers are Italian, rest Brit.). Losses Axis 3 troopers, &, Allies 2 troopers-one of each ally-). Kiel is contested.
British Empire builds tank, gun, &, 7 troopers. Indian BB still heading for British Home islands, and, transport from Canada bringing trooper & gun. Off Berlin damaged BB & C joined by another C versus GE. sub. & fighter. Losses Brit. C & all GE. forces. From Kiel transport survives mines & debarks in Livonia trooper & gun.
Move from Togoland a trooper to Gold Coast & to Nigeria(both colonies fall), also transport debarks on undefended GE. Kamerun(that colony falls).
Five Brit. transports land additional forces in Kiel, 9 troopers & 1 gun, &, 2 fighters(afterwards fly to Finland), versus, GE. tank & 4 troopers. Losses Allies 2 troopers & all GE. forces(one trooper lost to BB shelling). Kiel is retaken!
Italy builds 2 transports, 2 transports head for Great Britain, &, another transport leaves Italy. Also another transport & sub. head for Canada to pick up forces(already 2 transport already there). Two troopers from Kiel take undefended Ruhr.
Round Six: Russia builds 8 troopers, moves from Karelia to Moscow one trooper, and, from Moscow to Ukraine 1 trooper.
GE. builds sub., fighter, gun, &, 7 troopers. Moves all units into Moscow from Belorussia, Prussia weakens its coastal defense force by sending 2 troopers & gun into Poland. Poland sent 1 trooper into Belorussia to occupy it, and, keep the line of communication open from GE. to Moscow.
Combat 11 troopers & 16 guns versus Russian 18 troopers in Moscow. Losses Axis 10 troopers & 3 guns, &, Allies lose 15 troopers. Moscow is contested! A trooper & gun from Poland enters Livonia versus Brit. trooper & gun. Losses Axis gun, but, Livonia is contested. Berlin garrison of 6 troopers & tank attack Kiel Brits. force of fighter,. gun, &, 8 troopers. Losses Axis all but 1 trooper, &, Allies

British Empire build 3 fighter & 6 troopers. Arriving from India BB off Wales, off Canada 4 foot boards 2 Italian transports. Another transport leaves Livonia, no mine damage. Transport moves off Kiel, another 2 transports arrive from Canada and debark 4 troopers onto Kiel, another transport from British Home Islands head for Canada. Three transports from Britain, heads for Kiel, picks up land forces and lands them onto Berlin(no mine losses).
In Kiel BB shells & destroys remaining GE. trooper, with landed 4 troopers, Kiel is taken over again! Off Berlin damaged BB & C, versus, defending GE. sub. & fighter(losses Axis sub.).
From Kiel into Berlin 2 fighters(from Finland), gun, 5 troopers, and, two sea transports from Britain (no mine damage) of additional gun, tank, &, 2 troopers, versus, GE. fighter, gun, 7 troopers. Losses Allies 4 troopers & Axis all but a trooper. Berlin is contested!
In Livonia Brit. trooper & gun versus GE. trooper. Losses Axis trooper & Livonia is uncontested.
Italy builds 2 fighter, moves 2 transports that lands onto Kiel, 2 troopers & gun & fighter. Also 2 transports heads towards Canada. Transport from Italy arrives off Wales with trooper & tank, &, another two leave Italy with 4 troopers. Moves from Ruhr to undefended Munich, a trooper & gun. Italy has picked up quickly bloodless conquests.
No need for another round, Russia is on the ropes, Germany can take Moscow, but, probably the British Empire will take Berlin, while Italy will gobble up another German province. A political victory mostly for the Allies, the Axis will pull out of Russia(controls two and contest two provinces), the Western Allies out of Germany(contest one and controls three provinces). Poland and Prussia will become independent nations again, and, buffers between GE. & Russia. Brits. keep a GE. colony & gives one to Italy, one goes back to GE. and another to Prussia.
Losses IPCs: Axis land 323, sea 96, &, air 36. Allies land 365, sea 63, &, air 36(Italy suffer the least).
