Test case: Eliminate a holiday to pay for gov't. services

    Well, if France were to eliminate Christmas as a holiday it would also be a step toward “separation of church and state.” The next step would be for the government to stop any support(tax cuts, construction funding, tarriffs, etc.) for businesses that sell Christmas items.

    Let’s see how far the “eliminate a holiday” idea goes.
    I’d say one election cycle for every politician who suppports it!
