I found this on a random site. I’ll post if I get my hands on it again.
AA movement.
-
Is it allowed to move an AA gun in the non-combat phase into a territory taken the same round?
Don’t have the manual by hand, help would be appreciated! -
i think you can.
-
I think it’s possible as well, moving them about more is more or less like moving anything else about, so I can’t see why not… I’m just not sure. :-?
-
I also think it’s possible. Fighters and bombers are the only units unable to move into newly conquered/liberated territories.

hi, I looked at that sheet, where does it say you can move aa guns before combat?
thanks.i did find that if you fire a rocket, you can’t move the aa gun after that, and also:
A captured enemy territory with an industrial complexes will give you limited unit placement capacity on your next turn.
It will be equal to the territory’s IPC value. This rule apples even if the complex was an original one - that is, one the
enemy started the game with. -
(Rules Clarification Sheet, p. 2, col. 1.)
I agree with SUD. Nothing more to add.
