Bringing units against a potential scramble is a valid combat move, indeed.
Rulebook Pacific 1940.2 page 13

I saw that pocket square early on, but the problem with it is that you may still need every guy on London to make sure its safe, even 1 mech.  Sometimes I cant even attack Scotland, if they stacked it, because you cant take Scotland and still ensure they can’t destroy London…that’s where SL gets tricky.

To call Ireland Pro-Allied, that’s the historical inaccuracy…

Imagine a destroyer is blocking your carrier and you got 2 fighters, you can send 1 to the destroyer and the other 3 spaces away where it would land on your carrier after.

Yes, but that’s not what was asked, so let’s not confuse the issue.  It’s not about planning, it’s about whether it’s allowed to moved through a space where combat occurred.  And that is allowed.

If the med is clear you could also dump it into Africa to make sure its taken by the axis…just a thought haven’t played the axis yet in global though.
