Your right, it was a typo “of” = “on”. Aparently there have been a few IRC Axis&Allies channels but they seem to be long gone. I need to contact the author as I wanted to borrow some items from it and incorporate them into TripleA. I also had some other legal issues to ask him about SEI’s laywer dispute with Hasbro.

Stop guessing all my ideas! you’ve guessed a lot of them so far, it’s freaking me out.

I like the rule. But how you would give infantry to any territory with an IPC value less than 2? Overall it can be a potent rule by insurrecting territories deep into enemy territory or taking isolated strongholds without wasting valuable resources. It’ll take some more play testing to figure this one out.
