Yep, that’s what we did, we just played another round before calling it.

I think it’s still 8–you need Paris, the 3 Red cities, and Cario IIRC.

One UK global economy would be very cool, although I’d limit it like this:

London can spend money from both economy,
Calcutta can spend only the money from the pacific territory.

Otherwise Japan will be unplayable.

I saw one around somewhere but I can’t find it now. Here’s a bump so someone who knows can maybe point you in the right direction.

I was working on adding VCs to my National Objective charts (linked in my signature), but I haven’t gotten around to it. I haven’t really worried about it because of the six Global 1940 games I’ve played none of them have come down to VCs; the Axis win is always pretty clear before we actually get to that point.
