Was wondering if you would want to include LHTR links in the “official” rulebook section of the website, since most online play uses LHTR.

I’d rather post that on the website. I don’t think phpBB was really intended as a means to post content effectively. Does anybody know who maintains LHTR, is it Larry? The post on dicey was from BlackWatch.

Based on the posts I have read at Harris Game Design Website, Blackwatch IS the one who maintains the official LHTR.
Current version is 1.3 and contains the clarifications for multinational allied naval units that stemmed from our discussions here :-)

Well, if anybody has good rapport over on those boards, let them know they can host those rules here. I’ll even provide a login so that it can be updated without my immediate supervision.
