Noob alert- major noob question here.

hi guys, maybe you can help me here with something.

I bought Axis and Allies recently, (used to play it alot years back) and was re-aquainting myself with the rules, but there’s something I cannot quite recall or find clarification on with the rules.

Can tank or infantry units fire on bombers?

if yes, when?

Appreciate any help I get.
