Suggestion: Official Error correction

I know for Pacific, an “unofficial-official” post for rule changes was posted. Example, the factory for Anzac and USA phillipean adjustment.  Please Admins, make a similar sticky with a similar post if there is an “official” change to the setup cards etc.
