My group and I were playing, the Japanese player built a Minor IC in French Siam and later on the Americans liberated the territory. Does the Minor IC get put back or does the United States control the Minor IC since France is not a power involved in the AAP40?
I believe that France’s capital is considered to be in enemy hands, which it will almost always be in the Global game :lol:. So I think US gets the territory and IC.

In the global, if/when France gets it’s capital back; then the IC would belong to France.

I guess you meant to say French Indo China (FIC). You can’t build an IC in Siam its only worth 1 ipc. Anyway I agree w/the others in case of FIC…
