If I have several destroyers, does it keep all of them for last? If so, that seems pretty useless since you’d really only want to keep one while using the rest for fodder.

I was curious if i my fighters could enter a battle where the only safe landing spot is on a carrier purchesed at the beginning of the turn

@Gunner77 There may be some bugs, but that is how it should and usually does work.
