ok me and my friend have tried this game whit allies tank defend on 3 or less and the optional rule for navy to be able to target land units too on beach. both game we played where allies lost one game the allies lost by 2 turn and i did roll twice the fortune event allowing the allies to get out of only 2 beach box :-(

next game where going to try the same rule but this time we will get the allies 1 re-roll dice for the fortune card only wich mean during the game the allies can re-roll one bad luck roll and hope to get something better.

USA 29 inf 13 art 8 tank UK 35 inf 15 art 6 tank if you add all those units the Allies have 162 attack power VS 212 defence power. Now for Germany 50 inf 33 art 23 tank give them 185 attack power VS 235 defence.

on my next game whit the tactic and fortune card im going to give the Allies tank a defence value of 3 so that way we will have 162 attack & 226 defence VS Germany 185 attack & 235 defence.

it only +14 defence for the Allies but i think it can help them hold key spot.

there is only one way for the allies to get extra units whit a tactic card for each city you control you roll 1 dice and you add the amount of those units to UK chart

thx a lot can you explain in detail the tactic axis card when they flood 1 zone for 1 turn I need too know the full detail please :-)

thx alot for the answer got one more question when the usa are down whit only all beach box  reinforcement is it like u.k. top to bottom also ?

and also can we use all the beach box units before the Utah & Omaha reinforcement. and for U.K. what the order top left and keep going down ?

let say i have 3 units left on my Omaha reinforcement and i rolled 6 can i fill up the Omaha beach box and use those all beah units to fill up the empty room on my omaha.

I know we got read those card from left to right for each sector but let say I only have 3 units left for Omaha beach box and I roll 8 units for the usa that turn can can I pick some units from my all beach box and mix them whit my Omaha units.

second question can I start using my all beach box units on the Omaha and Utah beach or do I need too use those after my Omaha & Utah reinforcement are gone

ok me and my friend are not sure so i explain the situation.he attack my only 1 sub whit a battleship is battleship hit on a 5 since he got japan most powerfull battelship national advantage he roll a 6 the i roll a 2 so his battleship is on the side.where the rule book is not clear is since he attack me do he have to decide to retreat or stay in the battle before i decide to submerge my sub.this was important for me because if he retreat my sub would have sail all away to south africa whit 1 move ahead of is battleship.so since nobody was sure i did submerge the sub and got kill next round.

i knew it from the date of release it was revise but because.i did buy the game in 2005 but nowhere on my box it say revise and when i read behind the box it also say spring of 1942 the world is at war oups :wink:

so anyway that mean the attacker must choose to retreat before the defender sub choose to submerge or not thx alot.

just remember if you did a naval battle in the zone of amphibious attack your battleship & destroyer if they have the TECH wont be able to shoot for ground support shot  :wink:
