I know what you are all probably thinking is the Hero are not the best idea realeased by WoTC, but I did not think the mechanics were all that bad.  The question here is though of all the nations who got the best?   :-D

8-)Well i got my case yesterday and put the new figs through the paces.  I have to say I am impressed with the new items. Most everybody brought out their new hero’s and they did not prove to be to over powerful.  The resourceful hero was only in the right place at the right time once to use tank stats and it proved to be a light tank and he did not want to use those stats anyway  He just did not have the killing power to take down the Veteren tiger or the Jagtiger on the field.  The honor bound hero proved to be a little more then my Gurkha’s could handle, but eventually was stopped by the strategically placed Bofors 40mm. I, on the other hand had a great combination using paratroopers with inspired hero.They got to run up the field and had a great time killing many Germans and Japanese troopsas well as destroying the stray tank that got in the way.  All in all great time with the new UK stuff making a formidable team ever better!  Way to go WoTC!  :-D

:-D  All i can say is WOW!!  I am very pleased with the releases that came UK way.  I am looking forward to seeing the stats on the units not already appearing in the salvos.  I am especially excited to see the Typhoon and the Bren Gunner and since the other heroes are so out there with there SAs its gonna be awesome to see what the British Inspiring Hero can pull off.  I mean as tough as the UK is it will probably be SA Scary Touch!  If hero brandishes weapon he germans just give up and beg to be taken prisoner. :evil:  LOL

You cannot target the sniper, but if there is another unit in the hex with the sniper and the person is going to shoot the other unit with a Sig33 or a Brumbar the sniper gets hit as well.  No cover!

Hey everyone I am new here and was wondering what everyone else plays as an army and how many points you have accumulated? :-D

I play the UK and have roughly 1200+ pts of them.  When I was collecting the UK forces I got a little crazy with E-Bay and bought everything I thought was a deal.  I guess thats why I got 10 engineers and 10 17-pounders huh.

Its got to be the crocodile for me!  I love the tank its a marvel at such a low price.  As a UK army only person I always make sure and take at least one.

I am there But in the past as the map is old of my area LOL  I didnot know I was in such a growth area for a rural community :-P
