we must not play right or just have different playing styles but the CP for us usually win, i played a game where my ally germany built transports on the first turn and took Norway, and sweden. I was Austria and fuming so i said screw it and went full bore into italy and russia by the time he finished his norwegian expedition i had no infantry or artillery left. The entire German army was intact we eventually won because of that extra production and i had driven the italians and russians far enough back he was able to wipe the french off the board. Now whenever he does something stupid i say yeah like take norway, it gives us a good chuckle but we usually have a winner by turn 7 or 8 and it is about 60/40 Allies vs central.

our group went with they have first strike and if you want to kill them you have to dedicate ships to do it and they all roll @ 1’s to sink them but they attack and defend at 1

Russia be aggressive on the defense (build up in ukraine and counter attack the seperate Germans or Austrians, England 40% Europe 60% India France force germany to attack you. Italy take albania on the first turn and reinforce it concentrate at venice to hold back send french troops to piedmont to help the italians America build enough transports to move all your troops on the turn you are able and take spain

Using Tripple A and a map that I made based of Europe at war
I looked at triple a’s use of sub boxes to make other theater’s better than the absurdly bad Africa in A&A 1914 and i have been building a system of moral for use in it. I may as an option introduce technology to the game as well but not at this stage. I have decided on a system of simultaneous movement by writing orders down while speeding the game up. I broke it out into 2 week intervals and production will be every other turn to encourage tactics rather than massed armies i tripled production on the map and kept all the costs the same we will be play testing it next week.
