The stat of your unit is to strong… att at 2 for a group of commando… a commando is a very little group of man. In the case of a big group is 30 or 40 max in the same sector. One infrantry is a army corp= 2, 3 divisions. A division is about 15 000 mans. The scale of that game is not built for very little unit like commando, partisan.

In my version forteress cost 6 ipc, and give 4 infantry to defend at 3 for the first turn of combat. max of one forteress par territory.

My house rule for China. If no allies troop in China, China collect 5 ipc + normal ipc and the Burma road, Japan is hardly for take all China, In 3 game test, Is not arrive Japan take all China but is not impossible.

In my version partisan of FFI, is very simple, after capitulation of France, Germany roll one 6 dice par turn, the number is the cpi is loss in partisan and FFI action. After capitulation of Yougoslavia a +1 on the roll and after the start of the invasion of Soviet Union a +2 on the roll. Is simple and for the scale of the game, more realistic.

For partisans i am not sure, the scale of unit in axis and allies is not very useful, for a rule like that.
one infantry is a army corp… a partisans unit not have the firepower of a army corp, and the number to. -

A little rules for winter, if a player attack a territory with 4 infantry 2 tank and one tactical bomber, roll every motorizeds units (mech infantry, tank and planes) in this exemple 2 tank and the tactical bomber, if i got 2 or less the unit dont move on the attack. Is simple and got a malus to attack and bonus to def.
