I saw in an earlier post that US and Chinese forces making an attack on the same territory must do it seperately.
Can other countries make sequential attacks on the same territory in the same turn eg sequential/conditional attacks from baltic states and east poland on poland where the 2nd attack would take place only if the first failed ?
If so would this have to be stated beforehand ?
