Communism es not religion! Also, at least communism’s so-called “prophesies” are at least plausible and can be achieved. Unlike certain other religions that defy the natural laws…

I believe Henry L. Mencke was making some comparisons. Not calling communism a religion. The quote is not as succinnct as “A bird in the hand makes waste” and needs more exploration. That’s one reason I like to post these quotes. It stirs others to address them. Appropriate that this was written by a Dutch-man. This is an occurrance employed often by the Hudderites - a communal Christeo-religious organization contained by colonies in Manitoba, Saskachewan and Alberta (and other places, i’m sure) - not certain if they were founded by the Swiss (a guy named Jacob Hut) or Dutch (guy named Hans Hutter).
