Do people use Vassal?

@allister I don’t think that anybody here uses this excel. I created it because i was fed up with recounting territories and ipcs. In the “IPC track” tab there is everything you need to count IPCs.
There is also a tab “purchase” where you can calculate your purchases (not yet adapted for pacific).

Especially want one that can be used with just Pacific Edition 1940 2nd edition please:)
