Can you move from Cyprus to Crete? If so, can you name other places where you can cross without transports?

Also, if you save your first 12 IPCs do you get 24 on your next turn?
And do you get IPCs every turn? -
i’m pretty sure you need a transport to move between islands
the 12 ipc’s is 1 time only, it can be saved and used later, but you don’t get 12 more ipc’s
