Since there was no sea battle in sea zone 12 and the destroyer did not participate in the amphibious assault, it did not participate in combat and is therefore free to move in noncombat movement.

Yes.  I didn’t state it correctly there.  The point is stacking up warships with the intent of Bombardment can be negated pretty easily with this rule.

I thought that maybe if there was a trn, you might be able to both Autokill the Trn and Bombard , but alas it is not so…

in revised, japan landed 1 inf and killed 2 with openingsfire
and i also liek the rule : 1unit= 1 openingsfire, 2 units= 2 openingsfire
