Used to, haven’t played forever. Disn’t renew my account past the free 30 days.
Has it gotten better? Back when I played it was not very smooth. Good idea though, I had some fun moments defending Paris as the French.

It has gotten much better. We are waiting for our next patch. THis one is gunna be a doozy. Better graphics many more vehicles. But I like to play nazy most of the time.

How is it compared to Battlefield 1942?

I never played BF1942 “never worked on my comp” but from what I hear WWIIOL is better. First it takes place during BoF (how many games do that?). Second I also heard BF1942 is sorta a free for all running around shooting all over the place die come back ten sec later. But WWIIOL one of my favorite things is you hear a gunshot you look around take cover worry about climbing out of cover while typeing where is ei. Iwould take it over BF1942 anyday(some would beg to differ.)

BF1942 sucks! although i havenot played WWIIonline it looks realley cool, with the whole Eurpope scale of 1/2 thingy :)
