WW2 - The complete game

Hello,

can somebody please help me….
Some years ago Skip Fontane put his entire game for free download in the Internet and I did so.
I printed the Map on a oversize paper and printed all the rules.
But I didn’t play it for ages.

I would like to play it again, but found out that I’m missing some pages.
Especially the set up rules for the USA and some pages from the rules

I would be really great if somebody could help me on that.
