I didn’t bother watching those links, but let me say this : Police, or cops, aren’t perfect. But to say they are all lazy is to be ignorant about their reality.

Agreed. Their are good cops, bad cops, hard working cops and lazy cops. They have the same problems that every other profession has.

I think he’s calling for cops to take on thought crime.  Or some sort of predicting arrest.
