The attacker has to have a unit left to hit the Transports and he did not.

Can anyone tell me if the UK can place purchased units in sea zone 3? It looks like it’s touching the main island but not by much. Does it mention this anywhere in the rulebook by chance?

Does sz3 connect to Karelia SSR? I would think it is like sz17 and Algeria which is a no, but my boys want to make sure one way or the other. Thanks.
