Last time i played the Germany player on t1 used 2 subs to attack the UK DD and CV on G1. The CV was damaged the DD destroyed and the fighter had to land at Gibraltar and the carrier had to go back to the UK to avoid being killed. This prevented Taranto, but it also meant that more of the UK fleet in the North Sea survived.

RE: An Easy Italian Fix
I agree with Calvinhobbesliker. The German ability to sink the entire RN is ridiculous and yet nobody complains. Italy loses 3 naval units and everybody cries havoc. 1 turn represents 3 months so 7 days w/o declaring war IS an insignificant amount of time.

RE: Any After Action Reports Yet?
Wait could somebody tell me how USA is making 100 IPCs? I was under the impression that with the 30 IPC wartime bonus they make something like 82.

RE: Any After Action Reports Yet?
A J2 or J3 dec of war would keep the USA from demolishing Italy so easily I would assume.

RE: Most valuable U.S. fighter plane in World War II
P-51 because its superior speed and great range singlehandedly won the air war over Western Europe for the Allies.

RE: Tanks too expensive
I still buy artillery occasionally mostly with the Soviets to support my huge stacks of infantry when they attack. I also find they are useful when making an amphibious attack as well as other uses when attacking. I think they are still a very useful unit.

RE: UK1 @ SZ 95 scenario question
I agree with panzerjager it wouldn’t make sense for Sealion to be that easy for Germany and still be competitive on all fronts. Balance must be maintained or one of the fronts will surely collapse on the Germans.
