Thank you very much, mattsk.
We have to try this with the game group. :-)

Hi guys,
saw a global game setup at origins that did not start 1940.
The setup was for a 1942 situation and it looks great. Asked the guys there and they told me, this is for tournament gaming and skip the first three turns.
Where can I find the rules?
Searched but couldn’t find them.
Waited now exactly two moth for a new sending of “lost” dices. :x
“Keep my money and balance your budget with it.”
No one can tell me that the Canadian postal service is that bad.
You really should kick him as Forum sponsor - it’s only a money trap for international customers. :-P
I’ll never order again from Field Marshall Games.
12-7 Games is from the USA - FMG is from Canada. We do not have access to cheap USPS services with Tracking.
Please PM me your order information and I will look into getting this sent out again for you.
Jeremy
So it’s 4 and a half week now since the (replacement) dices were posted from Canada to Germany.
I’m curious when they’ll arrive here.
I’ll report again.
E-Mail sent…
I’m curious, maybe it’s a happy end and the French & ANZAC dices join their comrades on the battlefield, soon.
I am here.
Sorry to hear these comments.
In regards to international orders, if a customer chooses AIR MAIL… it is sent through the mail (no tracking). We have shipped orders like this for years. There is always the possibility that it was lost or stolen OR they could not find the address and it is being returned to us.
…
:?
Ordered 27. Nov 2012 a set of new French and ANZAC dices. 12,95 USD shipping cost.
Unfortunately I waited more then 45 days (about 2 month) to gave the items time to reach Germany.
After 2 month I want information about the shipping.
Contact via the order mail or paypal* wasn’t possible. (*by the way paypal does not refund the money over 45 days)
In my opinion I lost 27,93 $ to Field Marshall games. A shame, because you selled good stuff and I’m a proud order of the FMG dice set.
…and please don’t write such a nonsense about stealing or wrong choosen shipping style.
I order at 12-7 Games & Aerodrome Accessoires and privat persons via e-bay in USA - more then once. This is the first time the stuff doens’t reach Germany.
He has been having some difficulties.
I will PM him directly for you.
Did you succeed with your contact mail?
@SS:
Maybe somebody could buy it here and ship it to you and see what that would cost?
Think this will cost 40 $ and 19% taxes from the friendly German customs.
87,50 EUR is the price my online dealer wants in Germany. :-P
Much money for a game with an ugly gameboard.
Did it with the contact mail on his website (no reaction) and now via Paypal.
Wasn’t the first time I ordered there. Got the big dice edition and a dice tower. Nice stuff.
Hope I get a reaction now and we found a solution. Anyways it’s to late to reclaim the money via Paypal.
But I’m a little bit dissapointed that I doesn’t get a reaction.
Ordered 12 new Axis & Allies dices mid November at Field Marshall games.
The new French and ANZAC ones.
Now it’s mid January and I haven’t got them yet.
Is there anyone outside North America that can confirm that sendings from Field Marshall Games need so much time wit oversea shipping???
I live in Germany.
Got an answer to the US income question. The map is correct and it is in fact 17…
I knew it…
:-(
We will play an Global Alpha 2 game this evening.
Thoght it is a good idea to separate the UK and US player in two leading commands.
Commander Allied Forces Atlantic: UK Europe, France, USA (Europe board + with part of IPC income)
and
Commander Allied Forces Pacific: UK Asia, ANZAC, China, USA (Pacific board + with part of IPC income)
and Russia
vs. 3 Axis Players.
The two commanders have to decide how much IPCs go to the atlantic theatre and to the pacific theatre.
Past games showed, that especially the US-Player forgot about details, turns production belonging to the Atlantic or Pacific side.
We hope to bring more effectiveness to the allied side.
Next game, we’ll try an G1/J1 assault.
That will be fun…
Field Marshal COMBAT DICE
:-D
Last game we came to this question:
Is it possible to land your own planes - in the same turn - in a neutral country you took conrol by moving in in the non-combat-move.
For example italian planes in Iraq.
(I know it is poosible to land UK-planes on the Dutch East Indies - same turn you took contol of them.)
@Imperious:
Yes get rid of that factory idea, but give Egypt a few more men. The Russian thing seems correct: add a fighter, 1 tank, and a few Inf.
Thanks Imperios Leader.
A factory for free is maybe too much with the 41 UK starting IPCs.
Think 2 Inf in Egypt an 2 Inf for the Russians (+Figther +Tank) will be ok.
Hi.
We will play a game with the 1941 setup + NOs.
I want to reduce the allied disadvantage with a Factory for free for the UK-Player* and a few additional russian untis**
_*to be placed from the beginning at the game for free at Eastern Canada, Egypt, India or Australia
**worth 10 IPCs - units of choice an to be placed in the terretory of choice_
I wonder, if this bonus ist too much for the Allies?
