      i would have to say that the easiest is the us.BUT the truth is that every time a rookie has played the us the allies have lost.the us value is understimated.with its choices it relieves the other two.

      but then again-uk and russia can be easy.uk is imo most valunerable then any other nation.i saw some people say that its capital is impossible to get.ppl imo u r wrong!!every single time i have won as axis it is through london!!it is very easy to fall if u cut it of…and remmber thta the uk can find itself with less than19-20 ipcs each turn very easy!!!

      the axis should never be plays by new players!!us is the choice but the new player will need guidance…

      ok,if free for is played(even though i havent played it), i suppose us is gonna win.i would have to say that the next one is ger and jap closely after.to my opinion uk is doomed and in a worse fate than the ussr since it will watch all her land being taken away without being able to do anuthing.russia is a mystery…maybe ive misjudged it but i dont htink it will survive more than japan.
      so the natural order is

      us
      ger
      jap
      rus
      uk

      personally i would take ger cause i believe that with the uk ger can easily stand losing africa and therefore in long term fight us eventually!and if uk is alone it is a sitting duck!!for all other countries-party on its corpse and teritories! :D

      ok,my advice for ger is simple.u MUST attack with every unit that is available for attack evrywhere.

      now more detailed.dont worry about the ruskies concentrate on that allied navy.destroy the uk bb in med, and while ur at it use the trasp along with 1 fighter from balk or ukr(not sure where it comes from but dont use one of the west coast of ger) and have nside the transp 2 inf to offload at africa.if u have a lucky roll use the inf and art in and tank on north africa towards egypt.if u get uk to lose 1 or 2 units for all yours is in your favor.let hime keep his plane,you dont mind.remember that this units could be transported to india via the transp he has.so you help ur ally by sacrificing some stuff.now back to that nal battle,dont even think to lose the loaded transp-just kill the fighter is necessary.u can use there also the sub.use ur baltic ships to put them next to the uk.ur goal is to kill the uk and us fleet and rest ur back.then russia. :wink:

      remember that the russian is no threat to u in the first 2 rounds.let hime try and capture all he can.if u see fi just make counterattacks and graps back what YOU lose.dont go yet for russia.the first 2 rounds of ger shoul be concetrated imo to the uk and the us fleet.sacrifice planes and ships to destroy that fleet,while at the same time buy air reinforc at the rate of 2 planes per turn at least.the rest goes into tanks and inf(art if u play advantages and get that amazing 3def for arts!!).

      remember,russia will not hold on too much against u.if there is no naval force to releif it from its allies the game is over.dont think to reinforce ur fleet though unlees u see the uk do it.my guess is the us will try to help the uk with ships but japan and its grasp of the asia will be a dilema.

      anyway thats all…

      ps:if u feel lucky and dont mind ruining the game just buy 8 dices in the first round and go for long range.attack uk with 1tank and 1 inf and all planes possible.if russia hasnt killed any ull have 5 fight and i bomb.it doenst matter if they take it back because ull do exactly the same thing in the next round and take it back again.even if u loss 3-4 planes or more, the trans from the med can come allong with the bb to help the new invasion.i dont played that type anymore though cause it ruins the game.its a shame that the uk is left so helpless.

      have fun and tell me if it worked out for u!!ger is the most fun country to play imo!!

      germany rules.it gives u the most options on what to do and you hold the fate of the game in ur hands.while everyone else has to concentrate on 1-3 goals ger has to concentrate on all!u must simultaneously attack/defend the uk and ussr while considering the stopping of the us in the atlantic.all of this must be done with the thought of finally reaching up with your ally japan.how you play against both uk and ussr means a lot to your ally.

      anyway,i like ger because i enjoy being the center of the game!! :wink:

      im in favor of the 3 subs.more dices.would u prefer in long term 6 2s or 4 4s?think about it.normally with 3 2s u get 1 hit.then u have with 1 4 a hit in 66% of rolls.if u get the chance to get two 24 IPCs naval buys i would most certainly go for 3+3 subs.dont forget also that if to opponenet doesnt have a destr,u get to shink some stuff without losses.

      am i right or am i right? :wink:

      Hello ppl. This ii my first post. My congrats to all that are concerned with this site and greetings to all.

      Now to cut to the chase. In my opinion, the rev AA is not exactly balanced. The problem is that the axis now has more chances to win than the allies. TO get things clear, i amno counting it in terms of IPCs. So far, i have played with my budies about 20 games,maybe less.I still cant remember more than 2-3 times that the allies won.Maybe it is in my group that this happens only but thsi is what i see.

      There are 2-3 strategies that the ais can follow.Each different than the other and all of them are so effective. The allies are left with little choice to fight back though.And it al happens in the first round.The most interesting part to play in the game is still ger with the final outcome of the game depending on its efforts.

      While in the old AA the USSR was the key to axis victory, now UK is the key. If pounded correctly by both axis members the allies lose.It is as simple as that.And the bad thing is that the allies can do little for that.

      To explain myself.If one uses the invade uk 1st turn strategy with the long range, the only way that the axis loses is if it doesnt hit a 4 in 8 dices.Difficult,and it has happened only once to my group.If though ger invades uk the game is over.Even if the us takes it back,it still is lost again when ger plays.In the meantime

      Now if one uses the strategy of ger taking over the atl than the game is again over.(only really bad dice on gers behalf can stop it).All airforce is focused on eliminting ships and all ger ships too.Neglect ussr as the ground forces are enough.In this case a buy of 2-3 fighters is necessary with the initinal buy and the rest in tanks.The new plane will continue pushing the uk left ships in 2 rounds.Eliminate the uk bb ship in med with bb and trannie and fighter and in the next turn uk is alive and isolated in its island.just use all air and ship to blockade europe and thats it.nothing cans stop the gers from kiling gradually the ruskies.if the japs do their thing and establish on coast asia-game over again.

      anyway, i might have said things very confusing but in general terms this is it for me and my group.the new aa is all about ger.and it is NOT balanced.!!!axis wins all the time.in my group the fight is about who takes ger so that he may have more fun.

      waiting your opinions…
