The Illini are going to eventually lose.

I like this rule. I am going to have to sometime play with the 3 attack and 3 defence rule for the tanks. I think though that infantry should attack at a 2 and defend at a 2.

It is a very good idea but needs some development in the I.P.C section. It is just a bit expensive for some of the troops like the bazooka men. They should be 5 I.P.C’s and machine gun infantry should be only 3 I.P.C’s.
