There looks to be a waterway between Quebec and New Brunswick/Nova Scotia.  Can land units cross between without transports?  Similarly, can land units cross between New Foundland/Labrador and New Brunswick/Nova Scotia without transports?

On turn one, does each power collect their respective IPCs at game start?  In other words, is there an implied collect income phase before purchase & repair units phase?  Or can you not purchase units on turn one?

What happens to IPCs that you don’t spend during your turn?  Do they get saved until the next time you collect income?

Thanks, that makes perfect sense.  The wording in the rulebook was confusing me :-D

I understand that infantry and mech infantry get to attack +1 with artillery, but does artillery attack as well?  For example, if you attack with 2 infantry and 2 artillery, do you roll 4 dice or just 2?  And is it the same on defense?
