I’ve got a question about the rules for Industrial Complexes in combat for A&A 1942 Second Edition:

I know that if an industrial complex is attacked in a strategic bombing mission it can fire it’s AA guns at the bombers. BUT, what if a territory the IC is in is invaded by ground and air units, can the IC fire it’s AA guns vs. the planes at the beginning of the attack…or can it only fire against strategic bombing attacks?
