Help please

with the economic aid, what do you do with it. does it just sit there or must you have someone go pick it up? I have 2 piles laying on the map and nothing has happened. Anyone know how to move, activate it or what? I’m so lost. Thanks a lot

Oh, you’re talking about that one CD game.

I don’t remember exactly, but did you try marching some units onto it?

That may do it, otherwise, I can’t remember. I haven’t played that version in a long time. I was a bit disappointed in it.
