I purchased the game via the apple iPhone App Store and created an account. I then purchased the desktop (Mac) version on Steam. When I try to associate the desktop version with my AppleID I get a “forbidden” error. What gives? Why doesn’t this work?

Hi, I have the same problem. When I try to login at beam dog support, I get the error in the attached screenshot - doesn’t recognize my email.

@tshugart3 As explained on the main support.beamdog.com page, now everything is handled by Aspyr. However, please just tell me your Commander Names and IDs from both devices, and I’ll merge them manually (also, tell me which one should be your main account).
@JuliusBorisovBeamdog What do you mean by handled by Aspyr? I don’t see anything on their website on A&A online. I have the same issue as mentioned above. Could you share a link to the support group?

@Gooberlord11 If you go to https://support.aspyr.com/hc/en-us, you’ll be able to open a ticket about Beamdog games.
That said, feel free to send me (via a DM here) your Commander Names and IDs (from PC and Apple), I’ll merge them manually (let me know which of the two is the main account).
