The Russian front was the worst place to fight in all the world wars. The bitter weather, and the staunch fighting, took a heavy toll on all the desperate men and women who struggled to survive there. Far too many people vanished there. All for naught. What a terrible waste of lives and meterial.

I’m only an history buff, a peace-lover, a normal man. I choiced this nick because I love this book very much. It was a very sad page for the italian history.
