What is Sydney's role? 1940 Global
I’ve been wondering for a little bit, is Sydney a capital? Every country, except China has their own capital, or regional capital in UK Pacific’s case. If you look at the board certain areas are marked in read, victory cities and capitals. Capitals only differ from victory cities in one way, they are marked with a square whereas VCs are marked with a circle. Sydney is marked as a circle. And the rulebook calls ANZAC as “a cornerstone of the British Empire”. So is there capital Calcutta? Or even London? The real Australian capital isn’t even Sydney. Sorry if this was another dumb question.
