The Axis countries were played Jeff Auer and Charles Michalek and the Allies were played by Roland Morel. The bid of approximately 22 IPCs went to the Allies. (The players don’t remember if it was 22 or 23).
In the end, the Axis prevailed and the tournament was won by Jeff and Charles. Congratulations to all who played in the finals! Great work.
