After the below strat, now what?? go for Anzac?

J1 Japan takes the PI & Celebes. IPCs go to 40/41

J2 Japan takes the rest of the DEI. IPCs go to 60/61

J3 Japan takes Singapore. Japans IPCs are up around 67/68

J4 Japan builds a major IC in Singapore.

J5 Japan places 10 infantry in Singapore.

India falls by J7-J9.

nice writ-up.  we just finished turn 2 and UK only has aircraft carrier and one destroyer left.  LOL.  the guy playing UK really screwed up.  as of right now, USA has several distroyers and a couple transports. I )Italy) have the Suez and am heading to Gibralter now.  will sweep Africa and also move into France to protect the beaches.  my German partner has his whole navy and has purchased a little more.  we lost zero pieces during the slaughter of the UK navy  :)  We think they are light on transports… we feel very confident that we will win this one (i know its still early)…

So, sea zone 72 starts out the game with a French destroyer in it.  on round one, I (Italy) moved into Kenya… do I not collect the 1 IPC point due to the destroyer being in a convoy disruption zone?  The arguement in my group is that I should collect because France has not done a turn yet… I think I lose it though…

So,  what are people using as a good overall game strategy for Italy?
