I’m a new player to A&A (50th Anniversary Ed.). Let’s say I’m playing Germany and it’s Germany’s turn. The industrial complex on Germany has 8 damage markers (from previous bombing raids), only allowing me to purchase 2 units (rather than the usual 10). If I purchase repairs this turn and pay 8 IPC, does this mean on this same turn I can purchase 10 units and place them on Germany or can my IC on Germany only produce a max of 2 units that turn, and that I will have to wait until my next turn where I can purchase up to 10 units?
