Let’s say you have 1 sub vs 1 sub both with sneak attacks. I understand the attacker goes first but what if the attacker hits the defender sub with a sneak attack first? Dose the defender get a retaliation or is it removed before it can attack (just like any other naval ship)?

1. A US transport with 2 inf rolls into SZ 61. Can the transport unload 1 man on Japan and the other Manchria. Both territories are connected to SZ 61.
   Does a transport’s movement end right when you unload anywhere?

I know subs can move undetected/submerged through a SZ with hostiles (no destroyer present). Can that be used during combat move, non combat or both?

During combat move, can a sub sneak through a hostile SZ to another hostile SZ and still get a surprise attack? Did moving submerged through the 1st hostile SZ use it’s ability to surprise strike?
