  • Well – I am 50 years old. You must have met the new generation of woke snowflakes – they indeed don’t want to work. It could be funny if it weren’t that serious – and we are currently governed by such people…

    I am working in a management company, being responsible for risk management and valuation. Since the head of compliance resigned, I also need to cover that area. And since there was some rotation in the team, I am left with only two new juniors out of which one doesn’t want to work. No German, but a Greek, LOL. So, I need to work hands-on.

    I used to play 3-4 games in parallel without any issue, until a few months back. I see that it is currently even too much for me to have two games running.

    And at the same time, we are living on a “building site” – we are getting a new kitchen. For this, two walls were broken through - it is a mess. Thank you for your empathy :joy:

  • I believe I made it too easy for Japan with my bad decision to attack SZ42 with the US earlier on - and to stick to it with the other nations. Without that, the US could have spent more on the Pacific side. And the defense of Moscow was badly neglected, expecting Germany to go straight towards the Middle East. In any case I am a bit clueless how to treat Germany’s black skies. I would need loads of fighters, and the UK cannot afford this alone. And I did not manage to make ANZAC play a bigger role.

    Your victory on the Pacific Board is inevitable, and I concede. Very well played - thank you for the lesson :-) Good luck in the next round - it will be more challenging. Maybe later this year, we can have a re-match with switched sides.
