Loading the savegame in the latest pre-release shows the issues again, as problems in games started in the past cannot be resolved by updating the TripleA client, as updating the client does not change the game information stored in savegame files. In other words: As long as nobody starts new games with up-to-date clients and maps, the problems, saved in savegame-files, will be carried over and continue.

we can mess with it later. My preference would be 1.9 but if you have a version of 2 that you like thats fine. But just seems like 2 is a buggy mess right now.

yah at this point, I think we should just settle with using 1.9. how about we each redo our own turns but edit to match the actual results? I will start by doing G, then you can do R, etc. and I will download and install 1.9.0.0.13066.
does that seem like a good approach? or is there a better one?

I would think we could just match the map. My first thought was to auto cycle (set everything but Anzac to do nothing) through the turns to catch up to Anz 3 and then just edit things. But perhaps your way would be easier.

no I meant I will just replay my G1, then edit any battles. you then replay your R1, edit, I J1 replay, edit, etc. I think it’ll go pretty quickly since we’re not that far into the game. also, I can’t seem to find the bm4 in this 1.9 version. you ok if we just go bm3 after all?
