A bunch of edits to my buy at the end of the US turn. I had changed my buy, but didn’t notice I had still selected a naval base. So. I used the $15 on a transport/artillery/infantry, and buying a tac, rather than fighter.
I will move forward with China and UK, now. Let me know if that is a problem.
